Payments: Through Pay Pal or by money order within the U.S.

Shipping & Order Processing:  Small to Medium pieces will be sent via UPS or USPS.  For large pieces, please contact me to arrange delivery or shipping.  Experience has proven that larger glass pieces really do not ship very well due to rough handling by the shipping companies, no matter how well they are cushioned and packed.  It would be preferable to deliver in person where possible in the New England area.  

Refunds and Exchanges:  Refunds or replacement (where possible) will be given for items that arrive damaged as insurance is purchased on all pieces.  The damaged item will need to be returned to me.  Replacement of larger items may not be possible as large pieces are all one of kind.  Please call me to discuss any issues that occur with shipping.
