Shipping & Order Processing: Custom orders are produced as quickly as I am able and are shipped when ready. When I receive an order I will contact you and let you know when I anticipate shipping. Items that require assembly and glue up take a few days. CNC items that require inlay will take a little longer.
Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds and exchanges will be available on return of item. Return shipping is up to you.
