Welcome to Yard By Yard Knits! I currently offer top quality scarves and pet apparel. I love to try out patterns with different types of yarns. Please contact me if you are looking for something specific, and I will see if I can meet your wishes!
All items are knit in a non-smoking household. For shoppers with allergies, I do have one cat. I am happy to hand wash and dry an item if needed prior to shipping. Please let me know if this will be helpful to you.
Payments:
Paypal and money orders are my preferred methods of payment. I will accept personal checks.
Please note: I am required by law to charge 6.25% sales tax to Massachusetts residents for all pet apparel. Scarves are exempt from sales tax.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Items will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Items paid for by personal check will be mailed once the check has cleared. All items will be shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. Please note delivery confirmation is available for domestic orders only. International shoppers are responsible for any customs fees associated with their package.
In stock items are shipped within 2-3 days of payment. If you have purchased a custom order, I will contact you with an estimate time frame for shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Items are non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged, store credit will be issued. Buyers will be responsible for return postage for the original item. An exact exchange may not be possible, but I am happy to provide an exchange for a comparable item or store credit for a future purchase. New items will be shipped once the original, damaged item is received.
