My Shop Policies

Welcome Message:

Designs By HCAW welcomes you to our shop. Our handmade, one-of-a-kind crafts are made with love. We hope you fine a few treasures to brighten up your home or find that one-of-a-kind gift for friends and family.

Payments:

We accept payments via PayPal business.  You are required to have an active email address to receive invoices which you will pay either by your PayPal account or via credit card.

Shipping & Order Processing:

We ship via USPS primarily, but do check with FedEx and the UPS for pricing and will ship the best rate.  Our turn around time after receiving an order will be anywhere from 1-2 business days.  Custom orders will take longer and we will advise you after you receiving all the details of your custom request.

Refunds and Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges as our items are all one of a kind. We allow refunds for broken or damaged items only. Please notify me within 24 hours after receiving your damaged item.  All returns must be completed within 3 days of receipt.  Our items are handmade and imperfections are to be expected.
