Payments: 
Payment is expected immediately, upon your decision to purchase.   We accept Paypal as a preferred method of payment as this will protect both parties involved. 
Buyers do not need to have a Paypal account to use their credit card.

Upon confirmation of payment, items will be shipped.    

Shipping & Order Processing: 
Sorry, no International shipping at this time! 

Sellers are not responsible for service transit time.  Transit times provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.  Please check prices with USPS. 

USPS is the preferred method of shipping.  Flat rate shipping can be requested, if combining items, especially if it is to your advantage.  Turn around time for the processing of an order is normally two (2) business days.  

Refunds and Exchanges:
Our items are sold "as is."  Returns ARE NOT accepted for "fit issues" due to cyber theft.

Certain items were purchased in a pre-owned state.  Should your item have any unforeseen damage, please contact us, email is best, to resolve the issue.  You, the buyer,  will need to provide evidence of the damage such as a photograph as all items are checked prior to shipping.  

Returns will be accepted for 14 days.  Return shipping will be at the buyer's expense.  Your original amount will be returned, upon receipt of said item.

Majority of the items are hand-made by a very talented crafter. 
We do our best to describe all items and encourage you to ask as many questions to ensure a satisfactory purchase.
