These Empanadas are all natural with no preservatives or MSG. The Empanadas are stuffed with beef, chicken, spinach n cheese, ham n cheese and cheese. They can be fried or baked, we prefer baking them because they are healthier. However we can cook them both ways and are delicious either way! We also carry nice cold Tropical Fruit Cups in a pineapple juice.
