I first started out growing and selling cacti and bromeliads. Currently I do not have any bromeliads but working on my cacti. Several years ago when I first took a ceramic class it was short lived, but my favorite thing to do was to carve pumpkins out of greenware . It's a very tedious process, since I have to have someone to pour the greenware for me, transport it very carefully home then carve and return it to be fired. I simply love it!! Granted I do make mistakes, because it's wet and delicate!! I have recently been able to get back to making pumpkins and also painting bisque.
