Established in 2010, Performance Heat and Air combines the integrity and valuable experience of two passionate HVAC professionals, Richie Blackman and Dwayne Sieben. Richie Blackman started working in the HVAC business in 1984, specializing in residential and commercial installations. Dwayne Sieben started working in the HVAC business in 1987, specializing in new construction installations. Together, they've built a business from a growing list of home and commercial builders as well as referrals from satisfied customers.
Richie and Dwayne continue to grow their air conditioning company by hiring experienced service technicians who live by similar values, practice the same work ethic and take pride in each job in order to satisfy every customer.
