Strawberry Tree Farms was created in 1995 by gourmet food enthusiast, Phil Follins. Phil created hearty homemade soups, desserts, seasonings and spice blends for party dips, and took his goods on the road, doing craft and flower shows all over the country.
Phil would make his dips and cook his soups right at the booth. The aroma would bring people in, and the sampling would hook them for life! Over 20 years later, some of those first time consumers are still ordering Go Go Garlic, Louisiana Market Chowder, and many of their own personal favorites. For those who were unable to attend a show, Phil created a website. He insisted that his customers would always be able to get their favorite products in a very timely manner.
