Governor’s Plan to reopen:

Idaho has a four-phase reopening plan, and Idaho is currently in stage 3 of that plan. The order increased the limit on gatherings from 10 people to 50 people or less. Further, religious and political gatherings are exempt from the limit but must maintain social distancing.

Mask Mandates:

Although currently there is no general, statewide mask mandate across Idaho. Nevertheless, use of face coverings by the general public is strongly recommended, and face coverings are mandatory in a number of sector-specific settings. Further, employers should identify how personal use items such as masks, face coverings, and gloves may be required by employees, vendors, and patrons.

Mass Gathering Restrictions:

Mass gatherings are limited to 50 or more persons. This prohibition does not extend to gatherings for political or religious expression, as well as those for education and education-adjacent extra-curricular activities.
