Governor’s Plan to reopen:
Phase 3: Allows large outdoor venues with seating greater than 10,000 to operate with 7% occupancy for spectators. Smaller outdoor entertainment venues, like arenas or amphitheaters, may operate outdoors at 30% of outdoor capacity, or 100 guests, whichever is less. Movie theaters and conference centers may open indoor spaces to 30% of capacity, or 100 guests, whichever is less. Bars may operate outdoors at 30% of outdoor capacity, or 100 guests, whichever is less. Amusement parks may open at 30% occupancy, outdoor attractions only. The limits on mass gatherings will remain at 25 people indoors and 50 people outdoors. The 11 pm curfew on alcohol sales for in-person consumption in locations such as restaurants and outdoor bars is extended to October 23.
Mask Mandates:
Requirement. Face Coverings must be worn indoors if anyone else is in that space who is not a member of the same household. Face Coverings must be worn outdoors if it is not possible to consistently be physically distant by more than 6 feet from nonhousehold members. Requirements apply to all persons age 5 and up.
Mass Gathering Restrictions:
Mass gathering lowered to 10 persons indoors by E.O. 176. Other Phase 3 gathering limits remain unchanged. The outdoor gathering limit remains 50 people.
