The Richfield Historical Society (RHS) invites you to celebrate spring at its annual Maple Syrup Family Day. Admission is FREE. Spring brings a whirlwind of activity in the RHS sugar shack where the sap from maple trees is processed into syrup. Syrup demonstrations begin at 11:15 am, 12:15 & 1:15 pm. This year's event will feature a pancake and sausage breakfast with real maple syrup, served from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. The Pioneer Homestead area will be open, with demonstrations of lard rendering, old‑fashioned cooking, and weaving on the antique loom. This is always a well‑attended event, and we look forward to seeing you there.
