Since 1972 this national and regional award‑winning festival, has been held on the first full weekend in May and October on the grounds of the 189 year old Gay Family Farmstead. The Fair brings 350 amazing artisans and antique dealers to a agrarian venue. Delicious southern foods cooked on site and excellent regional entertainment combine to make a visit to the Fair a unique family outing and historic farm country experience.
