Have you ever been so tired of writing about what you make?

I sometimes wish that I had studied marketing instead of accounting. I have been trying to be more creative since I retired in August. I think I went through a depression of sorts, due to the loss of my work buddies, and the daily social contact that went away. Creating has been a comfort to me, but the challenge has been to see how many times I can write about the same product on Facebook, Festivalnet, Twitter, Scottsmarketplace, etsy, email, gmail, and whatever other shops I open. I finally decided that I was driving myself crazy by working on too many areas and that I needed to finish one, then go on. I have 5 items listed here on Festivalnet.com, but this month I accomplished listing ALL my products for "A Chilly Dog", my hand made reversible dog coats and beds on my store at Scottsmarketplace.com/store/achillydog. I am now going to work on the jewelry side of my other business and get those things listed! |
