Whiting Mills is holding it's bi-annual open studio event which includes 40 working studios, guest artists, music, refreshments and more. All housed within a historical mill, this event offers talented artists from all over New England. Painters, jewelers, basket weavers, carvers and herbalists and healers call Whiting Mills home. Musicians wander the hall and guest artists can be found in common areas and within studios. Sunday, June 7th will include a Block Party in the back lot with music and food vendors as well as a tour of the future site of the American Mural project which abutts the back parkinglot. You may also be the first to walk through the new wing in Whiting Mills which is currently under construction for yet more studio space.
Free to the public.
