I create one-of-a-kind 3-D mixed media bird sculptures and 2-D bird collage from torn paper, wire and found objects. Then I write the bird's story. I love giving new life to random paper to create my interpretation of one of nature's most magical creatures that lifts spirits and embody hope. My birds are guaranteed to make you smile. My work has been featured numerous times in The Healing Power of Art & Artists & by organizations such as Hospice, Alzheimers Association and Society on Aging. I was awarded first and second place awards for drawing in show judged by modernist Charles Harper. I am also an author with six books related to self-expression.
