Operating out of a restored classic, San Francisco style, Trolley since May of 2010, Back 2 Basics has offered event guests a full espresso bar, fresh brewed coffee, tea, old fashion hot chocolate, smoothies, frozen lemonade, snacks and more using only high quality products & ingredients. In 2011 we added a food tent offering a full breakfast and lunch menu including breakfast burritos, sandwiches & breakfast plates, using only the freshest ingredients available. The lunch menu starts with our famous fresh; hand cut, French fries, 1/4 lb hamburgers, all beef hot dogs, and cold sandwiches, again, always using the highest quality products. Recently, we have added a desert menu including Funnel cakes, deep fried Twinkies & Oreos. Every event brings us more positive feedback on the quality and flavor of our food and drinks.
Our philosophy is that we only serve food and drinks that we would serve to our own family & friends. We have created a business in which our customers look forward to our products and seek us out at the events that we attend.
Back 2 Basics Coffee Co. came about after having such a hard time finding good coffee drinks and healthier food choices at fairs and events when we used to own our climbing wall business.
