I am an emerging watercolor artist who loves to paint and travel. Several years ago while traveling I was seasrching for a small watercolor to take home. I could not find one anywhere for any price. I decided then, I would paint small watercolor painytings. I am self taught and I love flowers and colors. Painting gives me joy and sharing my art ewith others completes the circle. My style is loose, flowing and whimsical -- I paint for JOY - not for perfection or precision. I prefer painting small but I have painted up to 16x16 when requested. I've been experimenting with adding outlines to my florals and I am really liking the process.- especially on my smaller paintings. I paint landscapes and seascapes as well for practice, but my florals are my favorite subject.
