The Arts Council of Fayetteville/Cumberland County celebrates culture and creativity through exhibitions and events. The International Folk Festival features many cultures through performances and hand-made arts and crafts. Arts and craft vendors are invited to turn back the clock to Victorian times the day after Thanksgiving during A Dickens Holiday .
