The Athens ArtsFest , is a juried arts and crafts festival. Located between Binghamton and Elmira on the PA side, is easy to find. Follow signs to Guthrie Hospital Sayre Pa. The focus is to provide an event for artisans to display and sell their wares to a large community base. This show provides great Artisans Amenities; Free Breakfast and Lunch, Artisan break Room, Booth Watch, All Night Surveillance, Indoor Electric and Easy Set Up and Take Down.
