We can operate inside or outside at your show or festival. We have Bavarian Nuts (pecans, cashews and almonds) also raw nuts by the pounds, spicy peanuts (in the shell), peanut brittle, and pickles. When we do the outside shows smoked roasted turkey legs, sausage on a stick, corn on the cob, corn in a cup, baked potatoes, baked sweet potatoes and assorted drinks are added. From time to time, we have homemade jerky. Also, may have a few items that are made by my wife's Special Ed class as a fund raiser. Our operation will pass health department inspections. We also have the Food Handler's Card and Texas Food Management Certificate.
