Our Carib-Tex menu offers combination of some of your favorite Caribbean, Barbecue, and American dishes giving us the ability to offer an unique experience according to our client's needs. We can provide from Jerk or BBQ Chicken and Turkey Legs, Brisket, and Pork Ribs to Stew or Curry Chicken, Oxtail, and several our Handcrafted Sides and Salads to at least a dozen other of specialty items. We strive to provide exceptional customer service and delicious cuisine. We are experienced in providing quality food with short wait times for large events.
