Bitterroot Bison is a Montana-based, family-run business that brings the story of the American bison and the culture of the West to festivals and juried art shows. Our booth is a thoughtfully curated presentation featuring premium bison meat and jerky alongside responsibly sourced hides, skulls, and bison-inspired Western goods. We can show up with meat or without, depending on the venue. But are always happy to take orders.
Each item we offer reflects respect for the land, the animal, and the traditions connected to bison stewardship. Our bison are pasture-raised and humanely handled, producing high-quality, nutritious food, while our non-food offerings celebrate natural materials, heritage, and craftsmanship.
