I take a plain box of diapers and change them into anything (pretty much) you can think of, elephants, merry go rounds, play station, sleeping babies, trains, trucks, beds or I can make regular cakes and decoration with flowers, ducks, baseballs or I can just make a plain cake with blankets, bottles, wash cloths. I make them like you want them. Time period is about 5 days from start to finish along as it is easy decoration to find.( I do keep decoration at home)
