 At Backwoods Cookin' we have about 40 years experience in cooking.  I learned the basics from my mom and grandmother and then I added my spin.  My Tator Nachos and Cheesy Cajun Onion Rings will put a smile on your face, and as our slogan says "They'll  make you lick your fingers in public".  It's so true!!  My husbands chop beef sandwich and hamburgers will make you wonder what you've been missing.  They will surely make you smile, and that is our goal.

We are looking for some good events and festivals to go to.  We also cook for private parties.  We have a cooking trailer or can set up outside, what ever you need.
