Baker's Kettle Corn & Lemon Shakers is a family-owned kettle corn company based in Olivehurst, in California's Yuba-Sutter area, popping fresh at fairs, festivals, farmers markets, car shows, holiday markets and high school football games across Northern California and out to Reno since 2015.
We pop premium mushroom-style kernels with real cane sugar in a real kettle, stirred by hand in small batches and heat-sealed airtight the same day. Classic Kettle and Caramel are always on, and the rotating flavors include Tutti Frutti, Green Apple & Caramel, Game Day Colors and The Chicago, caramel with cheddar, plus a dozen more. Right next to the kettle we shake fresh-squeezed lemonade to order in nine flavors, from Strawberry to Prickly Pear, along with iced tea, sweet tea and Arnold Palmers, all in 32 oz cups.
Look for the red or yellow tent. We run two booths through fair season, spring to October. Adam Baker is at the kettle and family works the counter.
Fundraisers: we bring the kettle to your event, pop fresh on site the whole time, and a share of every bag sold goes back to your group. Schools, athletic programs, churches, clubs and community organizations are welcome. Call Adam to set one up.
