BAPs is a gourmet jam, authentic Italian cookie, and candy business! We sell Hungarian Kolash, Italian cookies, fudge, and unusual jams and pepper jams. We are located at the Hammond Farmer's Market every Saturday from 8 to 12 noon. We do take orders for delivery! Our customers are reliable, liking the goodies we offer. We have tailgater pepper jams--Swamp Mud, Flamin' Margarita, Hot Waldo and Jamaican Me Hot--for LSU and SLU fans (purple, gold and green colored) and for Mardi Gras parties! Amaretta Peach, Tropical Breeze, Pumpkin Pie Butter, Yam Jam, Caramel Apple are just a few jams!
