A health policy and social worker by profession, Meghna founded Baublesnbeads in 2016 with the sole aim and passion to give back to the community she left behind after moving to USA. She has the passion and desire to contribute towards the development of poor and marginalized community and therefore has introduced responsibly produced handmade products in India, on the principles of fair trade and equal opportunity. Baublenbeads work with family-run businesses and self help groups that treat their workers fairly and with respect.All products offered in our shop are handmade, therefore unique.
