At BBQUSION we are a mix of Kansas City style bbq with the flavors and spices of the Baja region. We offer slow smoked bbq including burnt ends, brisket, bacon, pulled pork, and chicken. We also have sides including slow cooked pit beans, sharp cheddar MAC, and a mustard vinaigrette coleslaw! We serve it up in sandwiches, loaded MAC's, gluten free tacos, and a platter option with meat and a side. We specialize in festivals and events as well as offering catering options. We can accommodate nearly any special request with proper notice before the event!
