Bear Creek Mining, East Providence, RI
Bear Creek Mining is a mobile mining attraction for people of all ages.
The first activity is a 10'x11' sluice where prospectors can choose from 4 different bags of mining rough and screen them to find their genuine gemstones and fossils!
The second attraction is a replica "mine" housed in a 26 foot trailer filled with places to find treasure! With a hardhat, headlamp, and a pail, children are sent into the dark mine to search for a mix of gemstones, and fossils. Keep everything you find!
