Our barbeque vending event originated from being an vendor at the annual Turner Station May Day, The savory of a down home Georgia smoking turkey drum leg brought continuous crowds each year back to Turner Station to visit the barbeque tent of "BIG MACK SMOKEY BAR-B-QUE".
BIG MACK affectionately called, is an Georgia boy who knows his way around a stove and grill. "My momma taught all her boys to cook", and there's NO DOUBT BIG MACK being the youngest of thirteen children that the family skills did not pass him by.
Cooking his mouth watering collars & turnip greens, many that taste replies; "he put his foot in those greens...yum yum yummy!!!
One thing about "BIG MACK SMOKEY BAR-B-QUE", he takes PRIDE & JOY in his preparations of culinary.
Married to his high school sweetheart Toi Sherrie who is licensed under Serv Safe as Food Protection Manager is also a Co-Partner and business manager gor tge8 family business.
The couple has four children and 7 grandchildren.
