I am a Marine veteran and have had a long-time passion for cooking, grilling, and elevating the flavors while adding depth and layers to the foods that I cook.

I was searching for a BBQ sauce that would add pizzazz to my foods but could not find one that satisfied my palate. So, I began experimenting with making my own which would allow me to do just that.

I soon found that anytime I took food prepared with my sauce to family and friend gatherings, the consistent feedback was "It's so good that it should be bottled and sold".

So, here I am bottling and selling it at farmer's markets, festivals and other events!
