In my quest to find candles I love I had a lot of issues with allergies. Some scents were often mixed with something I'll just call offensive. (Raise your hand if you've been there.. haha!) I'd go to unnamed famous candle stores excited about having new scents for my home only to be left empty handed or buying maybe one or two I thought was okay. I'd burn these and after awhile I'd feel sick. Not sure what's in them or if I'm just sensitive to smells. Blowing them out I felt sad. I paid good money for these and I was wasting money. If anyone knows me, they know I'm frugal.
Sometimes I'd toss out the candle, give it away or burn it in a room I wasn't in all the time. Who wants to do that? After all, you could be spending upwards of 40$ a candle.
That's why I started doing Bliss candles. (“Blessed Love Is Something Special”- Thank you DeeDee) I wanted to make candles I can use and enjoy. Simple scents with scrumptious smells! That's exactly what I've done.
I started making them for myself and gradually others wanted to sample or buy them from me. This leads me to the point of where I am today. Making simple soy candles, with simple scents and packaged simply to reduce cost.
So for all of those who are in my boat and love simple things in life, I invite you to try one of my hand poured soy candles.
Thank you to everyone who has encouraged me to give this a try. This is for you!
