Bliss Concessions specializes in quality Funnel Cakes and Ribbon Fries. Our Funnel Cakes are made on site in soybean oil and served with confectionaires sugar and cinnamon. The Ribbon Fries are sliced onsite from russet potatoes and fried until crisp and served with your choice of salt, vinegar and ketchup.
