We provide delicious BBQ at concerts, events and festivals. Our meats are slow smoked to perfection and we prefer to have our smoker on site. BBQ just seems to taste better with the smell of smoke in the air.
BBQ is more of a hobby than a profession. Our core business is credit card processing and small business marketing. I spent many years organizing concerts, festivals and trade shows as well as on premise promotions for business owners. I found it less stressful to sell BBQ and enjoy the show than to organize them.
