I am a floor cloth artist, designing and executing floor cloths, wall hangings, christmas tree skirts, table runners. All of my work is hand done from canvas prep to my original designs to the painting and preservation of each piece. My rugs run from 6 sq. ft to 80 sq. ft. Most of the large ones are done on commission in order to complement the home or area they will decorate. I work out of my home and out of a studio in downtown Marshall, TX. I was an invited demonstrator at the Texas Folklife Festival and recognized in the UTSA's Institute of Texas Cultures museum in San Antonio, TX, a branch of the Smithsonian Institute.
