I've been cooking and baking since I was in middle school.  In High School, I was FHA Vice President and won several cooking competitions.  I've also taught cooking and baking classes.  I've done this for 40 years.  Thanks to the internet and social media, I can bring fudge to every person on the planet.  I take pride in my fudge and this being my only source of income, it's very important to me.  My business is small and that's suits me fine as I can take care of the details myself.  Chocolate (and white chocolate) always makes people happy and I'm very glad that I can spread happiness.
