Bone Appetite was started for a couple of reasons......
1. I started studying Canine nutrition (1 final to go) and in doing so I learned more about all the junky ingredients in some of these pet treats being sold out there.
2. We wanted everyone's pets happy and healthy like mine. Sophie -4-year-old hound / pit mx, Morty - 2-year-old Wolfadoodle and Blue - 10-year-old spicy DSH that I adopted this May). If you feed / treat right, it will help your pet and you have a happier less stressful life.
My little company was launched on August 9th, 2025, at the Woodbury Farmers Market (NJ) and has grown a bit. It has a physical space in Evergreen Antiques and More (NJ) I call it a micro pet boutique and in the process of setting up an online store. Me personally I like an in-person event a bit more, I like to talk with people and say hi to their pets.
The treats all have something extra in them that is nutritionally good or have an extra benefit to them for both dogs and cats. Also like to make treats that aren't just a cookie, that's why my orifical title is Treat Dealer and my tag line is Simple is better...
