we BBQ on a 15 foot offset smoker which consists of a thee by two foot charcoal cooker, an eight foot smoke chamber, and four foot vehicle smoker/warmer. Our unit is mounted on a twenty foot trailer. We cook chicken and burgers on the charcoal grill, we smoke ribs, brisket ad pork butts for pulled pork sandwichs. We need space beside the trailer for a service area which can either be our twenty by ten foot canopy or we have ten canopy.
