Boss Hawg began in 2005 in the DFW area as a successful catering and competition team. Our menu consists of all your favorite items. Our award winning meats are slow smoked over pecan wood for that traditional Texas smokehouse flavor. True to our heritage, we cook in the Central Texas style. We use minimal seasonings and let the flavor of the meat be our focus. We strive to provide the highest quality product using the freshest meats and cheeses available.
