Our specialty is BBQ Ribs, Pulled Pork, Brisket, Smoked Sausage sandwiches. Our sides consist of Smokey Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, French Fries, Cheesy Pulled Pork Fries and Tater Tots. We offer Signature sandwiches like our Grizzly Bear that is a combination of Brisket and Pulled Pork topped with Provolone cheese pilled high on Texas Toast. All our meats are smoked for up to 12 hours to give them a delicious smoked flavor. All our sauces, our rub, baked beans and cole slaw are our own recipes.
