I have a cookie designing business named SugaButtr. I design homemade cookies with royal icing then I hand paint whatever design my client wants. I have also written a book named Byron Ellen's Apron Helpful Tips for Bakers.
I spent a year in college taking Baking and Pastry courses which excluded bread making, European baking, baking chemistry, and many more. I am certified in Food Safety. I am an entrepreneur and writer. 
My career was a stay at home mom. I am a college graduate.
