We are a catering company with a fully equipped mobile kitchen for on site food preparation and service. We love to participate in festivals and love to share our special menu with all of our customers. We specialize in Cajun and Creole cooking. We offer an array of signature dishes including Gumbalaya, crawfish bread and fried seafood eggplant. We have a vast menu with a little bit of everything.
