The mission of the Calhoun City Chamber of Commerce is to assist local businesses and other organizations in: (1) Promoting economic development (2) building a better community (3) enhancing the quality of life of our community (4) becoming better informed (5) and solving common problems in our area. The Calhoun City Chamber is a non-profit organization which has open membership to anyone who is interested in our mission.
SquareFest was started in 1971 as the Calhoun City Flea Market and over the past 50 years has evolved into a 2-day event with heavy emphasis on calling attention to our town and our economic situation with an Arts & Crafts venue, a Car Show, and free musical shows on the last Saturday in May.
