Hello, my name is Luis, I am the owner operator of Canelo's food truck and catering. My family and I had our grand opening here at the NW Taco Festival in Salem OR in May of 2024. We are a local street taco food truck that has our own home-made marinades in all of our proteins passed down to us from generation to generation.
