Hello!  I've been a confectioner for many years and love being in the kitchen making chocolates and other sweet treats. I specialize in fudge, and currently make over 25 different varieties, always creamy and never gritty. I make everything myself, but sometimes have to hire help for big events. I love to travel and do large festivals, especially themed events, such as Harry Potter themed shows.  I also hand paint chocolate suckers.  I make just about anything from caramels to brittles and toffees and truffles. My fiancée owns a food truck, so we are really into the food business.
