All pens are made from the highest quality materials using fine metal components and blanks chosen for color, grain and character. They are turned on a wood lathe to shape and brought to a lustrous shine by finishing and buffing techniques. The parts are then carefully assembled into fine writing instruments.About the artist
Carolyn Hogan's interest in woodworking started after taking a class while in the Navy. A kaleidoscope workshop introduced her to the fun and challenge of turning objects on a lathe. Now retired from the electrical trade, she spends her time making beautiful and unique pens.
