Robert and Carolyn Crum are owners and operators of a new 24 ft. food trailer, fully insured and licensed. We work 2-5 day events within 300 mile radius of Gallant, (St. Clair County), Alabama. Our menu is seasonal using the best of ingredients. Menu supplied upon request. References can be provided from Harley Davidson rallies, civic events, antique shows, and blue grass festivals.
