The Carroll County Creative Arts Center (CAC) is a non-profit community space for promoting, supporting and presenting the creative arts in Carroll County, Virginia.
We accomplish this mission by providing galleries, classrooms and performance space at the historic Hale Wilkinson Carter Home and other venues across the county.
