It is said to walk or finger-trace a labyrinth design balances the hemishpere's of the brain bringing calm, clearity and direction. Labyrinths are beneficial for adults, children, youth, elderly and individuals with special needs or minimal sight. The labyrinths I create come in 4 different sizes and many styles.
